CASA ÉLAN treats personal data with reserve and only as needed to answer information or booking requests.
What data is processed
This website collects data only when you send the booking request (name, if you give one, phone, service, whether you have Telegram, preferred time and message) or when you write on Telegram (@ittzgaia). The form is sent through Web3Forms. We do not use accounts or marketing cookies. The data is used only to organise the visit.
Purpose
Booking management, availability confirmation, travel to the agreed place and communication related to the session. There are no commercial assignees and no marketing lists.
Retention
Conversations and booking notes are kept only for as long as needed to provide the service and any later clarifications. You may ask for the conversation to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification or erasure of data that concerns you, on Telegram (@ittzgaia) or in reply to the contact about your request. If you wish to lodge a complaint, you may contact the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
