The personalised ritual is a massage in Porto made to your measure, for women only. At home or in a hotel, in Gaia too.
Beforehand, you tell us what you are looking for: more rest, more focus on the muscles, a slower pace, or a mix. The price does not rise because of that. It is €30 or €50.
What the personalised ritual is like
The therapist may use elements of the Relaxing massage, of the Therapeutic massage, or of a more conscious pace. It is not an endless menu.
Personalised does not mean more expensive. It means the time goes to what matters that day.
What you may notice
You do not have to fit the body into a label. Two intentions can share the same hour.
The care is the same as in the other sessions. The design changes. The respect for limits does not.

There are two lengths, and the amount is the same for every session. Thirty minutes cost €30. An hour costs €50. This page has no other prices.
The amount includes disposable sheets, oil and gloves. You use the bed or sofa you choose. We do not carry a table. The full list is on Pricing.
How we book, and how the hour goes
Two or three sentences are enough: length, areas, a slow pace or a more present one. You do not need a long text. Use the Book now or Telegram (@ittzgaia).
On site, we repeat the plan out loud and adjust. Changing approach inside the 30 or 60 minutes has no surcharge.
What to expect
If you change your mind on the day, the session follows, within wellbeing and within the limits.
There is no personalisation fee.
Who it suits
For someone who does not see herself in a single page. Also for someone who already knows the house and wants to vary.
If you already know you want only rest, the Relaxing massage is direct. If you want only the muscle tension worked, the Therapeutic massage is too.

Yes, if you want help choosing. You can also start with relaxing only and personalise another time.
How long should I book?
An hour gives room to mix without rushing. Thirty minutes is enough for something more direct.
Can I change the plan on the day?
Small changes, yes: pressure and areas. A large change should be agreed beforehand, so we can prepare.
Is it at home or in a hotel?
Yes. In Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. A bed or sofa is enough.
How much does it cost?
The same table: €30 for 30 minutes and €50 for an hour. There is no fee for personalising.
